Episode Summary
This episode is powered by the Move to Millions Book
If there was ever a part of moving a business to millions that creates stress and anxiety for business owners, it would be launching a product or service. Whether we are talking about a new product or service or an existing product or service, launching is a big deal – with lots of moving parts. It can be easy to get off track especially if you don’t have a team in place to help to manage each phase of the launch process. Just like I say that no one goes to bed a blunder and wakes up a wonder, in the launching process you don’t say you’re launching and just put the product out there. You’re going to do a series of activities across the phases of the launch. Let me keep it real - launching is often a source of confusion and frustration. We have seen it happen for many of our clients who underestimate what it takes to make it happen. As you know, launching anything is a huge undertaking and managing the moving parts that make for a successful launch is often the source of that confidence breeches and unworthiness. I’ve seen it happen more than once that a failed launch made an entrepreneur question their worth. Right now, we are in our own launch for my brand-new book, Move to Millions and so I am using this episode to give you a 30,000 ft view of the launching process while also sharing some of the ins and outs of what we are experiencing right now as we prepare to release my book this November. This book launch is encompassing a lot And you will have to be flexible and pivot when you learn that what you’re doing isn’t working. Grab your pen and paper and listen in now to discover:
